Return Policy and Procedure

If you would like to return a product, follow the steps below.

How to Request a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA)

To return an item, obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization RMA number within 2 working days of receipt of the shipment. Any merchandise returned without an RMA number will not be accepted.

To obtain an RMA number contact our Customer Service Department by email or telephone.

Orders eligible for return, repair or exchange will be processed by our Customer Service department. RMA numbers will be voided if defective merchandise has not been received by Amber Bay within 14 days after an RMA number is issued.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If we shipped a product that was damaged on arrival or we shipped an incorrect product, you are eligible to return within 14 days of receipt provided an RMA number was obtained within 2 working days of receipt.

Amber Bay will replace the product at no cost when all of the following apply:

  1. All accessories supplied with the product are returned
  2. It is in its original packaging
  3. Proof of purchase if related to a damaged product
  4. Proof of purchase and original order showing we shipped the incorrect product
  5. Proof of damage. A photograph will suffice
  6. RMA number clearly marked on the mailing label and shipping packaging

Exchanges for Incorrect Orders

If you ordered the incorrect product, you are eligible to exchange the product within 7 days of receipt provided an RMA number was obtained within 2 working days.

Upon receipt of the goods we will credit the invoice less the original shipping costs and handling fees. All returned items are subject to a 10% handling fee.

Return shipping costs are for your account.

Conditions for Returns

This policy applies provided all of the following are met:

  • All accessories supplied with the product are returned
  • It is in its original condition and original packaging
  • Proof of purchase, invoice number and original order number are supplied
  • RMA number clearly marked on mailing label and shipping packaging

We accept all shipping methods. Choose a carrier that provides tracking and delivery confirmation.

Processing
